At Vibe Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a repair, exchange, or return for your Vibe Jewelry piece, we are here to help. Simply fill out our Printable Return Form and follow the instructions to get your piece back to us. We will then begin the repair or exchange process as soon as possible.

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, which is why we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for a store credit or exchange. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and know that we are here to support you in any way that we can.
